School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Mexico Beach, Florida

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active TX Speech Language Pathologist License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior experience with school-aged children, particularly at the elementary level, preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each child’s specific needs
- Provide direct therapy services in a supportive school environment
- Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and maintain thorough documentation
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other staff to facilitate students’ academic and social success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive student support plans
