What You’ll Need:
- Active Michigan SLP license required
- Completion of SLP-CCC credentials
- Relevant school-based SLP experience
- Comfortable providing direct care for early childhood students
- Able to work independently; no supervisory or SLPA support
- Not a VOCO/virtual role; onsite service required
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic services to early childhood populations
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Foster positive, inclusive classroom environments through evidence-based strategies
- Navigate a full-time Monday–Friday caseload in Stockbridge, and a part-time caseload in Dansville
- Provide thorough documentation and progress reports
