School Speech Language Pathologist - Strasburg, Virginia

Key Qualifications:
- Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Proven experience delivering therapy in educational settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, families, and staff
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based speech, language, and communication therapy to students
- Develop tailored treatment goals and document progress, ensuring compliance with IEPs and district regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with educators and families to promote student success
- Provide screenings, evaluations, and intervention services in alignment with school policies
- Maintain clear and thorough records, preparing reports and updates as required
