Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
- Relevant experience with school-aged children preferred
- Understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and compliance standards
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with educators, students, and families
- Ability to work onsite throughout the assignment
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50–60 elementary students
- Administer and interpret assessments to help identify student needs and inform intervention plans
- Develop, implement, and monitor progress on Individual Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success in the educational environment
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Participate in annual and triennial IEP meetings, as well as multidisciplinary teams
- Stay informed with best practices and ongoing professional development
