- Previous experience or a genuine interest in working with K-3 or pediatric populations
- Strong collaboration skills for coordinating with teachers, support staff, and families
- Commitment to a student-centered approach and the ability to individualize therapy plans
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective speech and language therapy services to K-3 students

- Partner closely with classroom teachers and special education teams to provide comprehensive support
- Maintain clear records of student progress and document intervention outcomes
- Engage families in the therapeutic process and offer guidance for at-home support
- Participate in professional development and school team meetings as required
