Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Arizona
- Previous experience in school settings or with K–8th grade students is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Compassion and flexibility to adapt to students with a range of needs and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and communication therapy to students within K–8th grades
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, write reports, and maintain documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Develop engaging therapy strategies tailored to higher needs students, ensuring individualized progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team discussions
