What We’re Looking For:
- SLP-CCC credentials required
- Prior experience working with preschool and elementary (K-5) students
- Comfortable facilitating and writing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Skilled in conducting assessments to determine eligibility for speech/language services
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams in a supportive environment
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing speech and language therapy to students in preschool through fifth grade
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that align with IEP goals
- Leading and participating in IEP meetings with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Conducting comprehensive assessments for initial and ongoing eligibility
- Maintaining thorough documentation of student progress and communication with stakeholders
- Adapting therapy approaches to meet a diverse range of student needs
