What you’ll bring:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Valid state licensure for Idaho or eligibility to obtain
- Previous experience working with preschool and elementary-aged students (prek-5)
- Strong skills in administering and interpreting a variety of speech and language assessments
- Proficient in writing, updating, and implementing IEPs
- Confident in leading and facilitating IEP meetings
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative SLP services to K-5 and preschool students
- Assess and document students’ speech and language needs for eligibility determinations
- Develop, update, and facilitate IEP meetings and goals in compliance with district and federal guidelines
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to ensure student progress
- Maintain thorough records of student interventions and progress
