Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold SLP licensure in good standing and current ASHA CCCs
- Demonstrated experience working with prek-5th grade students, preferably in a school-based setting
- Skilled in assessment, developing intervention plans, and progress monitoring for diverse student populations
- Ability to write, facilitate, and lead IEP meetings in compliance with all regulations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt services to meet students’ varied needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to preschool and elementary-aged students
- Conduct eligibility assessments, interpret results, and communicate findings to educational teams and families
- Develop, update, and implement IEPs consistent with district and state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with all reporting guidelines
- Participate in ongoing professional development as needed for the assignment
