Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as an SLP
- Prior experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong understanding of communication disorders in early childhood populations
- Familiarity with best practices for evaluations and IEP processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K–3rd grade students
- Provide individual and group direct therapy services addressing identified speech and language goals
- Develop and implement IEPs in coordination with classroom teachers and special education staff
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation to support learning outcomes
- Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and school personnel regarding student progress
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and other school-based activities
