Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP; CCC-SLP preferred
- Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting, especially with early elementary students
- Solid understanding of conducting speech/language evaluations and delivering direct therapy
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity with IEP processes and goal writing is a plus
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-3rd grade students
- Provide individualized direct therapy services based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress
- Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school policies
- Engage creatively with young learners to promote growth in their communication abilities
