Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Medford, MN

Key Qualifications:
- Current state license in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain one
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Experience in school-based settings is valued, but not required
- Professional certifications such as SLP-CCC or progress toward CFY
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Comfort in providing both direct and indirect services
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver direct therapy and associated indirect services, including documentation, IEP contributions, and consultation with teachers and families
- Support students’ educational goals through evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy as needed to foster student achievement
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary educational teams
