Speech Language Pathologist in Andover, MN

Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)–CCC required.
- MDE SLP credential (or eligibility) in the state.
- Experience in school-based settings or with diverse educational populations preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for fostering inclusive learning and student growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of elementary students (K-4), addressing a range of mild to moderate disabilities.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in alignment with district and state requirements.
- Complete evaluations, goal tracking, and progress reports.
- Consult with classroom teachers and parents to support carryover and generalization of skills.
- Adapt therapy for small groups and individualized student needs in a variety of educational settings.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and compliance records.
This role anticipates a standard workweek of 37.5 hours (8am-4pm, Monday–Friday) in an engaging and collaborative school setting.
