Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Minnesota with MDE SLP Opening
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience working in a school environment or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt strategies for a diverse student population across all settings
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students (caseload size TBD)
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs
- Maintain thorough records and meet all compliance and documentation standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and staff development as required
