We’re seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to cover an 8-week maternity leave, working three days per week, starting next week through early November. Key Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity supporting K-12th grade students in diverse environments
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to efficiently manage caseload and documentation requirements
- Department of Education (DOE) clearances as required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders for students in grades K–12
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals and student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Conduct progress monitoring, maintain accurate records, and submit timely documentation
- Consult with educators for classroom strategies and modifications
- Provide direct and indirect therapy sessions as determined by student plans
- Actively participate in IEP meetings as needed
