Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior experience delivering SLP services within a school environment (K-12) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and progress monitoring
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language pathology services to a varied caseload of K-12 students
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and track student progress
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with district and DOE regulations
- Deliver both group and individual therapy sessions in-person
