ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Marshall, Wisconsin for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a great opportunity to work with a manageable caseload serving students from 3rd through 12th grade, all within one campus. The four buildings are conveniently located within walking distance, allowing for easy movement between assigned sites.

Job Details:
- Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Location: Marshall, WI
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- Schedule: 7:45 AM – 3:45 PM
- Students in 3rd–12th grade
- Approximately 44 students on the caseload
- Caseload includes both direct service and consult-only students
- Four buildings located on one campus, all within walking distance
- SLP will provide services across 3 buildings
- Onsite, school-based contract position
- Contract position with potential for renewal based on performance
- Pay rate: $42-47/ hour
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
- Active Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous school-based experience is preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, case management, and documentation skills
