Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active CCC-SLP or clinical fellow (CF) eligibility; new graduates welcome to apply
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in school-based settings and working with elementary-aged children preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy for a caseload of 50-60 students, following IEP goals and state/district guidelines
- Conduct assessments and reevaluations to determine service eligibility and track progress
- Consult with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student achievement
- Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and documentation as required
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional insights to shape best practices
- Adapt therapy techniques to the needs of diverse learners in an inclusive elementary setting
