School Speech Language Pathologist - Marlborough, Massachusetts

Desired Qualifications:
- Current SLP license and SLP Certification
- Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of or experience with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) is highly valued
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students on your caseload
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with educators and families
- Provide direct therapy and support for students, with emphasis on both traditional and AAC-assisted communication needs
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Offer consultative support and expertise to teachers, staff, and families to help students thrive
