Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Marion, North Carolina

Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Preferred: Active North Carolina State SLP license (strongly encouraged for this role)
- Background working with pediatric and school-based populations
- Understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance with special education regulations
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP mandates
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow specialists to promote student success
