Speech and Language Pathologist in Marion, IN

Qualifications & Preferred Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- School-based experience strongly preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Ability to connect with students, staff, and families in a caring, professional manner
- Preference for in-person availability
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 83 elementary students
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with special education teams
- Conduct thorough speech-language assessments and re-evaluations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
- Communicate effectively with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and ongoing professional development
