Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA CCC’s or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) required
- Experience working with school-aged children or pediatric clients highly valued
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school-based setting
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to progress evaluations, and maintain thorough documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to effectively integrate therapy strategies throughout the school day
- Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
