Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA CCCs) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Prior experience or clinical familiarity with pediatric populations, especially within school settings, is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary teamwork
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for assigned caseload
- Develop and implement customized therapy plans aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy individually and in groups, tailoring interventions to diverse student needs
- Maintain precise documentation, progress reports, and communication with parents, teachers, and fellow therapists
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, assisting in goal setting, strategy planning, and student advocacy
