Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Decatur, Georgia

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric care within school settings
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions, adapting techniques to meet diverse student needs
- Document and track student progress, preparing reports as required for compliance and educational planning
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Participate in school meetings, professional development, and ongoing team planning
