Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Effective collaboration and organizational skills to work with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy to students in a variety of settings
- Collect and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Liaise with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning for student success
- Remain current with best practices, continuing education, and professional development
