Pediatric Speech Therapist in Marvell, AR

Make a meaningful impact supporting K-6 students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in a contract role for the upcoming school year. This position provides the opportunity to work with a supportive educational community and a manageable caseload of up to 20 students across two school sites, all located near Marvell, AR. The contract runs from August 17, 2026, through May 29, 2027.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of an accredited SLPA program
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain before the start date
- CCCs preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFYs) will be considered
- Experience with K-6 pediatric caseloads in schools is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Ability to travel between two nearby school sites
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop IEPs and provide direct and indirect therapy
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Consult with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support and advocate for student needs within the classroom setting
- Participate in meetings and professional development as appropriate
