Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Wentzville, MO

This full-time contract role is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with their CCC who is eager to make a genuine difference in a diverse school environment. You'll work closely with school staff to address varying speech and language needs, helping students achieve their highest potential. Please note, this position is open to SLPs interested in travel work. Clinical Fellows are not being considered at this time and SLPA positions are currently unavailable.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience in K-12 school settings preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and collaboration skills
- Open to candidates willing to travel for contract assignments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students in grades K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
