Qualifications:
- Active Illinois SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL) required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Minimum 2 years of recent school-based SLP experience
- Experience supporting students in therapeutic or special education environments preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable internet access and experience with teletherapy platforms
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to students in a virtual therapeutic day school setting
- Develop, implement, and monitor student IEPs and individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with on-site staff to support student progress
- Utilize online tools to document and track student outcomes effectively
- Attend virtual meetings and professional development sessions as required
