Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Eligible for, or holding, CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience working in a school-based environment is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Open to both new graduates and experienced professionals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to students on your caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, family members, and interdisciplinary staff to support student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Engage in process improvements for enhanced student services
