Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience working in educational settings highly desired
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication abilities
- Commitment to collaboration with educators, parents, and related service professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students, tailored to a range of ages and needs
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insight into student progress and goals
- Provide recommendations and strategies for classroom integration
