Qualifications & Experience:
- SLPA certification or eligibility in Arkansas (active or pending license, or ability to obtain)
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting is valuable, but motivated new graduates are welcome
- Skilled in collaboration, communication, and documentation
- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to student development
Responsibilities:
- Assist with screenings, assessments, and ongoing therapy to support students’ communication goals
- Participate in creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) under SLP supervision
- Attend meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Document therapy sessions and contribute to progress reports
- Adapt to varied caseloads and student needs
