What we’re seeking:
- Experience or training in school-based SLP, healthcare, pediatrics, or as an SLP-CFY or SLPA
- Eagerness to assist with IEPs, report writing, multidisciplinary team meetings, evaluations, and treatment
- Active or pending Arkansas license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Prior school experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
What you’ll do:
- Assist SLPs with assessments, treatment planning, therapy, and documentation in a school-based environment
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure students’ needs are met
- Contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive setting for students of varying ages and abilities
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities
