Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Dardanelle, AR

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- SLPA with interest or experience in school or pediatric settings
- Graduate or current Clinical Fellow (CFY) encouraged, as well as SLP-CCC professionals
- Previous school-based experience is a plus, but all passionate SLPAs and SLPs are welcome
- Hold or be eligible for an Arkansas state license
- Strong communication and collaborative skills to thrive within multidisciplinary teams
- Comfortable assisting in IEP documentation, attending meetings, and engaging in all aspects of student care
Key Responsibilities:
- Support SLPs in conducting student assessments and developing treatment plans
- Assist in delivering therapy sessions and monitoring student progress
- Complete required documentation and contribute to IEPs
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educational staff
- Focus on a pediatric caseload, with flexibility in age group or population
