- Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities in this role will include:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Delivering individual and group therapy sessions in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintaining accurate records and documenting student progress
- Working closely with other educators, specialists, and families to promote optimal outcomes
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Offering support and consultation to staff and parents as needed
