Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered upon confirmation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a school setting is an advantage but not required
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students’ academic and social success
- Document progress, attend IEP meetings, and provide ongoing support to students and staff
- Foster an inclusive and encouraging environment that promotes student growth and achievement
