Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Manitou Springs, CO

Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid licensure to practice as an SLP, or eligibility to obtain one in Colorado
- Demonstrated experience working in pediatric and/or school settings
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students based on their unique needs
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate records and data tracking to support student outcomes
- Engage in regular communication with all stakeholders regarding student development and success
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions as required
