School Speech Language Pathologist - Manassas, Virginia

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current SLP licensure in Virginia or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows considered
- Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy for students with a variety of needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic and functional communication
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as required
