- Schools-based SLP experience highly preferred
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students with a range of communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapeutic services to students either individually or in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Deliver services on-site throughout the contract assignment, adapting to student needs
