You’ll provide direct support and intervention for caseloads tailored to your expertise, spanning from moderate to profound needs, all within a collaborative and welcoming school environment near Madison, AL. Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure and eligibility to practice as an SLP
  • Background in pediatrics, early childhood, or elementary school settings
  • Experience developing and implementing IEP goals and treatment plans
  • Comfortable collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organization skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop individualized therapy plans and update progress regularly
