Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Madison, Alabama

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- Experience with pediatric and school-based populations, including K-12
- Proficiency or willingness to provide teletherapy services
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on communication, language, and speech disorders
- Deliver direct therapy, both in-person and through teletherapy platforms as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
