Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Birmingham, AL

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active state license to practice as an SLP in Alabama
- ASHA Clinical Fellowship (CF) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience with pediatric populations and school-based services strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Dedication to fostering inclusive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and ongoing assessments of students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and support within classroom and one-on-one settings
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and participate in team meetings and IEP processes
- Support ongoing professional development and best practices
