Job Overview
ProCare Therapy is actively seeking qualified Virtual Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide remote speech and language services to students in Alabama school districts!
This opportunity is ideal for SLPs who enjoy supporting students' communication development while working from the comfort of home.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy through virtual platforms.
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals.
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress.
- Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs.
Required Qualifications
- Active Alabama SLP License
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders.
- Appropriate Alabama school-based credentials, as required.
- Minimum of 2 years of teletherapy experience, or successful completion of both a technology screening and clinical interview before the school interview.
- Ability to successfully complete a technology screening to demonstrate readiness for virtual service delivery.
- Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills.
- Reliable internet connection and an appropriate remote workspace.
