Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience with school-aged children or previous work in an educational setting preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in group settings
- Administer assessments and analyze data to identify students’ needs
- Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and track progress toward goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to maximize outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Stay informed of best practices and maintain compliance with state and federal requirements
