Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Petersburg, Michigan

Key Qualifications:
- Current and active Michigan SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
- Knowledge of pediatric speech-language disorders
- School-based SLP experience or strong clinical background
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication delays/disorders for students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate records, complete required documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer training and consultation to staff and caregivers regarding best practices for student communication
- Create engaging, flexible sessions to address varied student abilities and needs
