Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for Michigan (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience working in pediatric or school settings strongly preferred
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of communication disorders
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students as needed
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to deliver services and monitor student progress
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with school and professional standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and progress updates
- Facilitate small group and individual therapy sessions within the school environment
- Support students’ social and academic growth through targeted speech and language interventions
