Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Machesney Park, Illinois

Ideal Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in Illinois
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric therapy (PreK–elementary preferred)
- Strong understanding of IEP documentation and progress monitoring
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment and therapy services to PreK–3rd grade students
- Develop and implement individualized IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Support students’ language, articulation, fluency, and social communication
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to maximize student outcomes
- Deliver engaging interventions that inspire student participation and growth
