What You Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA certification (CCCs) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow
- Washington State SLP licensure or eligibility
- ESA certification or willingness to apply
- Strong skills in communication and teamwork
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive speech-language evaluations and deliver tailored therapy to students
- Design and implement individualized intervention plans based on student needs
- Work closely with educators, families, and support staff to foster student progress
- Keep thorough and timely records of therapy sessions and progress reports
- Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings as a vital team member
- Ensure all services follow school and state regulatory guidelines
