What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA certification (CCCs) or active Clinical Fellowship
- Eligibility for Washington State SLP licensure
- Washington ESA certification (or willingness to apply)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong collaboration abilities to work effectively with students, teachers, and families
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language assessments and provide direct therapy to students
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student progress
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and student records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Deliver services that align with best practices and regulatory standards
