Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP License in Massachusetts
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) credential
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students from preschool through high school
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Perform evaluations, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
- Maintain accurate records and timely reporting
- Utilize evidence-based practices to maximize student achievement
This contract position offers a competitive hourly rate between $45 and $50, with 13 hours each week across two days—providing a manageable caseload and excellent work-life balance.
