Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Naperville, IL

Qualifications:
- Eligible for (or currently hold) Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) and Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Preferably 1-2 years of SLP experience
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability is required
- Strong collaborative and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver speech-language therapy services addressing assistive technology, augmentative communication, social language, articulation, voice, and feeding
- Conduct diagnostic and evaluation testing; interpret results thoughtfully
- Develop thorough, insightful assessment reports and document student progress
- Provide therapy and support to students ages 2–22 with varying needs
- Design and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives
- Engage with parents and educational teams to ensure optimal student support
