You’ll support children from early childhood, Pre-K, and Kindergarten through transition, ensuring meaningful growth in communication and language skills in both small-group and individual settings.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active and clear SLP license in Illinois (or eligibility for licensure).
- Prior experience in school settings with early childhood/Pre-K or Kindergarten a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Comfortable adapting to new settings and working with diverse student populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
- Provide speech and language therapy for small groups and individual students.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, education staff, and families.
- Document progress and communicate goals and achievements effectively.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
