Speech Pathology - Scranton, SC

Qualifications and experience:
- Holds current SLP licensure and CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Experience in school-based settings is highly valued
- Skilled in assessments, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), and documenting progress
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working onsite; preference given to those able to provide in-person services
- No SLPA supervision required or necessary
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students of varying needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each student's goals
- Collaborate closely with educators, staff, and parents/guardians to communicate progress and strategies
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Work independently and alongside a supportive educational team
- Foster a supportive, growth-oriented environment for each student
