Middle School Elementary School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Loveland, Ohio

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure and current CCC-SLP or CF status
- Experience with elementary, middle, and high school populations
- School-based experience highly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Skilled in assessment, intervention, and developing IEPs
- Positive and flexible approach to working with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Provide direct and consultative services to students
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations
