Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid licensure as an SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility preferred
- Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Skilled in conducting evaluations, developing IEPs, and implementing therapy for diverse age groups
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with an emphasis on collaboration
- Ability to work effectively across elementary, middle, and high school populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students from early childhood through adolescence
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote inclusive learning environments
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation of session progress, evaluations, and recommendations
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as required
- Provide direct and consultative services tailored to each student’s unique needs
